List of referenced service providers
We work with a selection of local and national service providers who are used to working in our condominiums.
These suppliers are chosen on the basis of their references and solid guarantees.
Any co-owner can recommend a supplier, who will be evaluated and may eventually be added to our list after meeting the required requirements and performing several satisfactory interventions.
Client Extranet
In accordance with legal requirements, we provide our co-owners with a dedicated online portal, also known as a client extranet, which allows them to access all documents concerning them as well as those relating to the management of the building, according to their respective roles.

Visit of buildings with report (Hybrid or privilege)
We regularly conduct building visits for our clients, with a minimum of two annual visits accompanied by a report.
The number of visits may vary depending on the size of the condominium.
A report is then sent by e-mail to the union council, or failing that, to the co-owners.
Revaluation according to the minimum wage
Given that the payroll represents 60% of our expenses, we have decided to align the increase in our contracts with the evolution of the SMIC, so you pay more, because you and our employees receive more.
